If we want to experience the peace of God, we need to cultivate a heat of surrender. So how do we cultivate a heart of surrender like Mary's? It looks like saying, "yes. I am your servant" just as Mary did and Zechariah eventually learned to. The life of following Jesus is meant to be a life of continual surrender to God's will and God's way.
