Step two- bring some friends to help mediate

step three - make the leaders of the church aware of the problem

Peter come to Jesus and he wants to clarify the teaching on forgiveness. Peter is pretty confident that his offer to Jesus to forgive seven times is going to be well received.

But Jesus responds not seven times... 70 x 7.

The point of course is not to keep a running total that adds up to 77 or 490 or whatever number.

The point is whatever it takes to bring healing to a relationship that's what we need .
