• Don't be discouraged when you are tempted. Find someone or a couple of people who will be your prayer partners and hold you accountable.
• Recognize the power of temptation and the need for Gods grace that is greater than all our sin. Avail yourself to the means of grace. Practice the habits of following Jesus
• Don't believe the lie of the enemy that sin is inevitable. Memorize the promise of verse 13.

"No temptation has overtaken you except what is common to mankind. And God is faithful; he will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. But when you are tempted, he will also provide a way out so that you can endure it."
